You can build your webstore from wizards and many prebuilt store templates, view orders in placed by your customers, search for suppliers and products, and shop in the online stores built and maintained by all online store merchants in the StoreBuilder system.
Storefront Builder System
Inside Storefront Builder, you will find the following store building features:
Wizards: allows you to build your own webstore easily by following the step-by-step instructions.
Main Layout: display the storefront layout that you can click on the 'Edit' button to edit each portion of the layout with ease.
Select Header: select a header to be displayed on the top of the product category display.
Layout Bar: select a layout bar from the prebuilt bar images to be inserted to the storefront page.
Change Template: select a store template from different prebuilt store designs.
Store Info: add store information, such as company name, address, email… which will be displayed at the bottom part of the streofront page.
Add Categories: you can add categories to the storefront system.
Change Categories: you can change the existing category names or erase the category name to remove it.
Post Item: post a new item to the online store, and select a category or product type from the category drop down box. Type in a name, price, unit, image URL, warranty and product description on the fields as provided.
Edit or Delete Item: you can edit or delete an item through the links.
Publish: you can click 'Publish' to preview your webstore built by the StoreBuilder Designer program. You are not recommended to place or run the storefront system from this Preview mode. You can log out to the StoreBuilder home page and click on the store link to shop as a regular shopper.
Storefront System:
As a shopper, you can click on the store category on Marketplace section to select a store to visit and shop online.
Categories: allow you to select product category before finding the products from categories.
View basket: allows you to check your current product items and prices put inside your shopping cart before checking out in Cash Register.
Check Out: allows you to view your purchase table, add shipping and billing address and submit your credit card purchase information to the online store merchant.
Total: this displays the total amount of products put inside the shopping basket.
Find Product: allows you to search for product list based on your keywords.
Computer System Requirements
Windows 95/NT/98 to run the creator program;
3MB space or more;
Personal Web Server or Internet Information Server to test run the store from your computer.
Website Requirements
Windows NT Server hosting site with Access database and ASP enabled;
3MB web space or more.
